Gruning Mid-Range After Action Report:

It turned out to be a nice day for a match, and the new rifle racks are really nice, makes for a nice display rack.  As usual the wind was tricky for the third match.  It was enough to throw a shot out to the 7 or 8 ring, very frustrating.  Sure will be nice when we get our wind flags.

The turn out included 6 F-Class competitors and 3 “Iron Sights” Competitors.  One competitor who used both.  The first place F-class competitor was H. Shattuck, with a sparkling 440-12x out of a possible 450.  Followed by Goff and Janzen.  Good shooting Shattuck!

Iron Sights category was taken by M Rojas with an amazing 435-14x, that old Marine still has it.  He was followed up by Guzman and Kingston .

You folks missed a good match, hope to see you in April.  Our September match will be a CMP M1 John Garand Match with clinic.  It will qualify you for an M1, from he CMP and you might learn a few new tricks.
