		<description>BYLAWS -F. A Junior Member is a non-voting member of the West End Junior Program, under the age of 18 years, whose dues are current. A Junior Member, with the supervision of any adult Annual, Life, Conditional or Associate member, may use the Junior Club facilities and participate in any Club event.
http://www.wegc.org/wordpress/?page_id=653

AS LISTED ABOVE -Boys and girls, ages 10 through 17 are eligible to participate in the Juniors Club.

Family members and guests under the DIRECT supervision of a member/parent may shoot at the range facilities at any age. It is the responsibility of the parent to supervise and insure that the child has the ability and awareness to shoot responsibly and safely and handle any and all firearms and obey club guidelines and safety rules regarding the safe use of the range and its facilities.
=====================================================================================
from the President of WEGC............
The Junior Director, Mike James, will accept children into the Junior program under 10 years of age if they are at a level to understand about safety and can operate the firearm safely as well.
As for bringing your own children to shoot at the range, there is no official age limit established by the Club. The Club member is responsible for their family and any guests shooting in their party. This includes all minors/juniors who may be in the member&#039;s party. All guests must sign waivers of liability and the parents of guests who are minors must sign a waiver for them as well. The children of members may shoot at the range but the member is responsible for maintaining a safe shooting environment at all times when using the upper ranges on their own. The Range-master will determine who can shoot at the Main range when it is under his control and depending on the current circumstances at that time.
I hope this information is helpful to you, Allen. You can always contact the Range Officer, Dan Carpenter, by e-mail at range@wegc.org or ask our Range-master, Larry Black, at the range about anything related to range safely. I hope I see you at the range sometime.
Best regards, Bruce Strang, President </description>
