Build your own WEGC Target Frame for less than $10
Here are the dimensions and materials needed to build your own target frame for the Main Range. The space between the two steel target frame holders is 22 ½ inches (interior edge to interior edge) exactly, so your two side pieces will need that distance in between.
Materials List
- · Two 4-foot sections of 5/8” x 1 3/8” pine for the sides.
- · Two 25 ½ inch sections of 5/8” x 1 3/8” pine for the crosspieces.
- · Four 2-inch long x 3/8 inch bolts w/ wing nuts and washers
- · One piece of scrap cardboard and staple gun
Instructions:
Cut the four pieces of pine to length, as above. Mark and drill holes so that the space between the two pine sides is 22 ½ inches exactly. Cut cardboard to fit and mount on the wood frame using staple gun.
Note: Again, target frame dimensions for the Juniors Range are different.
