Hi guys (and ladies),
The newsletter just came out and I have an article in there where I mention another range PRIDE project and ask for volunteers. Yes, it is on short notice this month, but it is for a weekend and we don’t have any major matches taking place that day. The other weekends are busy, this month.
Who would like to help with some light painting at the range?
Let’s freshen up the bleachers on bays 2 and 3, and paint some wood top benches on the bays, and take care of some yellow gates. Originally, I planned to paint green benches/stools, but after checking the condition of some of them it looks like we need to plan for repairs on some or build some new stools all together, to replace a few. It should be a light and easy morning of work to give back to the club and help keep it from looking run down.
If you are available and would like to help out, please email back to me.
Time: Sunday, June 12th, at 8 AM near bay 3.
If you have painting tools such as trays, brushes, or rollers, etc., you are welcome to bring them along. I will have equipment on hand as well, and you are welcome to use it. The gates will be painted with yellow oil based paint, so gloves or hand cleaner are good items to have and don’t wear your nice clothes.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can volunteer to help keep our range looking sharp.
