The match consists of 4 courses of fire – held in bays ranging from 10- to 50 yds. deep, most are at 10 yards. The stages vary each month.
For equipment;
We have work lights for each bay that silhouette the steel.
A head lamp to light up your front sight is helpful but not completely necessary.
You can use the work lights that are provided or turn them off and use your own lights if you wish.
Bring however many magazines you need to carry about 40 rounds, for your division.
Any pistol holster that completely covers the trigger and safely retains the gun during vigorous movement is fine. No shoulder or cross-draw holsters are allowed. Slings for your long guns are not required, but they are allowed.
So long as you can operate your equipment in a safe and sane manner, you are good to go.
Our first priority is safety, after that we’re all about the Fun.
We have several equipment divisions for you to shoot in. From .22LR , multiple pistol divisions, shotgun and Pistol caliber carbine. NO CENTERFIRE RIFLE.
No matter what kind of gear you shoot, we have a place for you.
Match fee is $10 for WEGC members, $20 for guest shooters.
